Setup Front Office

l In reference section, add reference name, description and press save button. The data generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV, and Excel. It can be copied as and printed as well.

l In source section, add source name, description, and press save button The source list generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV and Excel. It can be copied and printed as well.

l In complaint type section, add the complaint, description and press the save button. The complaint type list generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV and Excel. It can be copied and printed as well.

l In purpose section, add the required purpose to be entered, description and press the save button. The purpose list generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV and Excel. It can be copied and printed as well.

Complain

l To add complain, select complaint type and source. Enter complain by phone number, date, description, action taken, assigned and note. The complaint list generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV and Excel. It can be copied and printed as well.

Postal Receive

l To add information about postal receive, enter from title, reference number, address, note, to title, date and the feature of attaching a document through drag and drop is available as well. The postal receive list generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV and Excel. It can be copied and printed as well.

Postal Dispatch

l To add postal dispatch, enter to title, reference number, note, from title, date, and attaching document through drag and drop is available as well. The postal dispatch list generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV and Excel. It can be copied and printed as well.

Add Phone Call Log

l In phone call log, enter name, phone number, date, type of description, next follow up date, call duration, and note. User can select call type as incoming or outgoing. The phone call log list generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV and Excel. It can be copied and printed as well.

Visitor Book

l The visitor list generated at the end can be saved in PDF, CSV and Excel. It can be copied and printed as well. It will show purpose, meeting with, visitor name, phone number, ID card, number of person, date, in time, out time, and action.

Admission Enquiry

l In select criteria, select class, source, and status. After user clicks +add button, admission enquiry information such as name, address, phone, email, note, description, date and follow up date can be selected. Reference, source, class, and number of child selected can be saved as well.
